Vatra is dedicated to making a real impact by advancing visual and sounds aesthetics on next-generation action games platforms while enjoying highly disciplined programming and production practices.
We take game development very seriously as anyone should who specializes in high-end, next generation action games.
We have a tried-and-true approach to pre-production and developing strong prototypes in order to consistently realize those all important gameplay mechanics and aesthetic choices. In production we pride ourselves in creating tight feedback loops, realistic schedules and properly manage the multitude of tasks to ensure the team and the publisher always knows exactly where the finish line is… as the saying goes, “You can’t get there if you don’t know where you are going”.
Vatra is currently very busy working on two projects. The first one to “go live” this fall is Rush ‘N Attack Ex-Patriot for the Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network. This is a re-visioning of the 1985 classic arcade title. The second project is Silent Hill 8 (working title) for the Xbox 360 and Playstation3 which will be hitting the shelves in 2011. We are very proud to be a part of this fantastic franchise and look forward to bringing this new installment to players whilst staying to true to its original roots.
